Buyaparcel UK Deliveries - Couriers We currently use three different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us. These are: All small items under approx 1.5-2.0kg will be sent via second class post (Economy delivery). Delivery is normally within 3-4 days of despatch but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Faulty Goods: If your item arrives faulty, you must report it to us within 24 hours. The item can then be collected and refunded or replaced. Any items reported as faulty outside of this time frame will need to be dealt with under the warranty.
