When 1st received please make sure they are charged for minimum of 3hrs then take the earphones out and turn on the bluetooth feature on your device. The light on the earphones will be flashing which means they are ready to pair with your device. You can control the volume through your device or through the earphones by long pressing the right side for volume up and the left for volume down. You can answer the calls by pressing the button on either side. These earphones have a built in mic so you can easily talk to the person on the other side. There are 3 different earplug sizes so you can adjust them to your comfort. After any charge when you take out the earphones they will automatically connect to the last device you used them on. If you want to change the device please make sure they are disconnected from the last device used and then connect to the new device. Battery life is around 5-6hrs of playing. Troubleshoot: If you face any connection issues the 1st thing you do is to reset the earphones, to reset them make sure they are disconnected from your device and just turn the earphones off by pressing the back of the earphones and hold for 5-6 seconds until you hear switched off. Next step, long press the back of both earphones at the same time for around 15secs, then place them both back in the charging box and take them out after 5-6 seconds. They are now reset and ready to pair to your device again. Language: If the language is set on Chinese then you can change this by following these steps: 1. make sure the earphones are not connected to any device, 2. take both earphones out and press the button 3 times on both earphones at the same time, this should change it back to English.
